Have you ever wondered if what you are tasting in your beer is supposed to be there? Do you sometimes get buttered popcorn or skunk flavors off of your beer and wonder what the heck?!
In our pursuit to bring you the freshest and most delicious beer possible, we want you to know what it takes to bring great beer to your glass. In partnership with Sierra Nevada, we will be looking at what it takes to chase the perfection of quality. Join us for an educational evening on Thursday, Feb 16th (6-9p). Beginning at 6p, we’ll host classes every 30-minutes (6p, 6:30p, 7p, 7:30p, etc.) in which you’ll get the chance for hands-on participation in which you’ll try “fouled” (old/out of code, heat struck, and light struck) beers and compare them to a fresh Pale Ale. You’ll also taste the difference the type of tap makes to your beer (cooper vs stainless).
Classes cost $10 and are limited to 10 people per class. Each participant will receive a pint of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale + 5 Samples including the “Fouled Beers” + Various Tap Types. Please EMAIL Three Sheets (firstname.lastname@example.org) to reserve your spot in a class. In the email include your name, number of people you want to reserve space for, preferred class time (6p, 6:30p, 7p, 7:30p, etc.). Payment must be received for your space to be reserved.
Once school’s out the fun continues…we will have 10+ handles of Sierra Nevada Beers on Tap, including many super rare beers we had to sneak out of Chico. Follow us on Facebook/Instagram where we’ll release this amazing beer list as the event gets closer.
